How it works

A simple start. Nothing is decided until you are happy with the plan.
  • Tell us about it.

Share the location, bedrooms and condition of your villa using the form below.

  • Talk it through.

We go over the villa with you, hear what you want from it and answer your questions.

  • Agree the plan.

Services, rental terms and fees are agreed with you before anything starts.

  • Welcome guests.

Photos and listings go live, and we take care of guests from inquiry to check-out.

Owner questions

Short answers to what owners usually ask first. Anything else, just message us.
  • How are management fees worked out?

Fees depend on the villa, its location and the services you need. We agree on them with you after we have seen the villa and talked through your plans.

  • Do I keep control over prices and dates?

Yes. You decide the rental terms and the dates you want to keep for yourself. Rates, availability and rental terms are set by the owner.

  • Can you manage villas for monthly and yearly tenants?

Yes. We work with villas for daily guests as well as monthly and yearly stays, and can suggest which fits your villa.

  • What about licences and permits?

Rules for renting villas to guests in Bali change over time. We can talk through what your villa needs, but licensing questions should always be confirmed with a local notary or the relevant office.
